Services

Because our consulting, implementation, and training services are tailored to each client, all service fees are non-refundable once work has begun. This ensures that the time and resources dedicated to your project are covered.

If you wish to cancel a booked service before the agreed start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any preparation costs or deposits.

Digital Products & Templates

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., templates, prompt packs, automation workflows), all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed. This policy protects our intellectual property and ensures fairness for all customers.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase so we can resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.
